Yeast Whey aims to promote a healthy lifestyle to as many communities as possible. This personal love of health and fitness stems from a lifestyle switch. When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I changed our living behaviors. The increased benefits I felt of not only feeling stronger but also how my mental well-being dramatically increased were feelings I wanted to share. I was hooked on living a healthy lifestyle.

Now, I hope to spread the positive effects that I have experienced by reaching as many communities as possible with my program.
